Ervin G. Tinaj is a first-generation Albanian-American who emigrated to the United States as a child. Mr. Tinaj earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Toledo and earned his law degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. During law school, he interned at the Michigan Department of Attorney General. Upon becoming a lawyer, he worked for a Plaintiff’s firm before going to work for an insurance defense company defending the same cases that he is now actively litigating on behalf of injured clients. This time was an incredible experience that gave him a unique perspective that allowed him to observe the inner workings first hand as to the tips and tactics they would use to delay, deny, and defend legitimate claims against injured individuals. It was this experience as a defense attorney that he realized the injustice that was being carried out against individuals who have been victimized by personal injury accidents. He is a passionate and tireless advocate who is not afraid to take on the insurance companies – no matter the size or strength of our legal opponents.
He is fluent in Albanian.
