Todd Rutledge graduated from Albion College in 1998, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts, with a major in Philosophy. He graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy Law School in 2001.
Mr. Rutledge is licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan (2001) as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and the United States Court of Appeals. He is also a member of the Michigan Bar Association and Michigan Association for Justice.
Mr. Rutledge has been practicing in the legal community for approximately 16 years, and specializes in all areas of personal injury law, with a particular emphasis in automobile negligence, no-fault automobile litigation and premises liability law. He has handled cases throughout the State of Michigan, including the Counties of Wayne, Macomb, Oakland, Genesee, Saginaw, Bay, Monroe and Kent County. He has also successfully tried multiple cases to favorable verdicts. In addition, he has also argued cases in front of the Michigan Court of Appeals. Mr. Rutledge has experience as a Case Evaluator and Arbitrator for the legal community, offering his knowledge and experience to assist other attorneys in obtaining compensation for their injured clients.
